A new generation of pizza cutter, specially designed for the traditional Norwegian home-made sheet-pan pizza. The blade is made of ultra-strong plastic, yet it won’t scratch your pan or countertop. It is therefore not as sharp as a steel blade, and is best suited to pizza with a thin or medium-thick base. Sliceit may drag the toppings along if the pizza is too thick.
